I have a pair of clowns that have been in my tank for over a year.. About a week ago my female started acting strange and look lethargic and seemed to be breathing heavier than normal. She had stayed about the same for a week until today I noticed she was laying propped up against a rock on the bottom.. I did a water change earlier today before she started laying on the bottom.. I don't think anything from the water change could have caused the issue since she has been acting like this, just not as bad, for a week.. She also seems to only lay in the same spot because occasionally my flame angel will harrass her so she has to start swimming again.. She will. swim for 5 minutes or so before laying back down on the bottom in the same spot. No signs of illness either.. Any help will be greatly appreciated..

Should I be worried about my other clown as well?

Not enough info to determine if the death was caused by a disease or some other issue. If I were in your shoes, I would just keep a close eye on all your other fish for now.
