I have had my perculi clown fish for 4 years. they have not as far as I know have not layed any eggs. I got a flower pot and hoping now they will. there paired but may bot ever be a mated pair.

a few of my other fish have spawned already my benggi crradinals and my dalmation mollies have spawned. found the fry in my sump.

im feeding frozen mysis shrimp, flakes food and pallets.
What flake and pellets?

Looking at the ingredients list, the foods look pretty good. Looking at the guaranteed analysis, though, that mix might be a bit low on protein. I don't know if it's low enough that you wouldn't expect any breeding at all though. You might want to try switching things up a bit food wise - LRS Reef Frenzy or Fertility Frenzy are proven good options with high protein contents (I'd choose the Fertility Frenzy over the Reef Frenzy for this specifically). I've also heard good things about Ocean Nutrition, New Life Spectrum, Otohime, and TDO pellets (all of these are supposed to be good options when properly sized for the adults, and at least some of these are supposed to be good when properly sized for the larvae 5-6 days post hatching too).
Also, are you feeding any live foods to the tank with that mix? Pods, rots, BBS, worms, phyto, etc.? If not, you might want to consider it - especially adding in some black worms/white worms or enriched rots/pods. I know a lot of breeders will feed some of the enriched rots/pods to the broodstock to help provide a varied diet, and I know a lot of breeders provide black/white worms as a protein/fat supplement to get healthier eggs.
Personally, from what I've seen, I'd recommend trying LRS Fertility Frenzy, black worms, and NLS or TDO pellets (Otohime is a proven brand too, but it seems to have fallen out of favor somewhat in recent months/years). Adding enriched Rotifers and pods/BBS wouldn't hurt either - and you'll need to culture the rots for the baby clowns anyway. Fresh clams are pretty much always a good idea too. I know Paul B in one the threads here on R2R mentions feeding his clowns fresh clams and black worms to get them spawning, so the food doesn't have to be overly complicated.
If you switch up the diet and you still aren't seeing any breeding, I'd be inclined to wonder (as was addressed above) if something isn't wrong tank wise for the clowns. I'd try to rule out issues with aggression or physical things in the tank first. That said, excessive stress could potentially cause these sorts of problems, and if your other fish are getting most of the food your feeding that could cause problems too.
Beyond that, I've heard the following tips from at least one breeder (no guarantees these would work for/help you, but it's what I've heard from a couple of confirmed breeders): clowns like dirtier water, a 14 hour light period, slightly lower salinity (1.020), and a higher temp (80-82F).
That's all I've got for now.

I’ve heard of people having success getting a pair to start breeding by introducing eggs laid by a different pair into the tank (if that’s an option)
I know that my pair were laying eggs in my reef and when I separated them into their own 10g (still plumbed to the same reef water) it took a strong 4months before they bred again. I just mention this in case you’re tweaking their environment often to help them (ie adding the pot).
