Clown Fish bumps under the skin

One of my Clown fish over the past month has been getting bumps and losing scales. Also very hungry. Sure looks like some sort of disease. I quarantine all my fish about 3 years ago and have not introduce anything new in the tank (including corals). Thoughts?

Preliminarily, it appears to be brooklynella disease but need clearer pics under white lighting to clearly see as it could be bacterial lesions also. Pics are dark with the blue lighting

Try #2. I thought brooklynella was fast. It has been over 1 month. Is this bacterial. How do you cure? Do I need to pull the fish and quarantine.
