Twice now, I've had rabbitfish pair up with some other fish in the tank. Most recently, my foxface decided that the copperband was it's super-bestie. They are practically joined at the hip. This worked out really well for me, because the rabbit basically taught the copperband that it was ok not to hide when the food went in the tank, and how to eat frozen.

My clown fish and my chromis seem to be more than just best friends.

Anyone else ever seen anything like this?
That’s really cool that they did that. I’ve had my two clowns and a gramma all make a school and swim close together.

You're all invited to any wedding or baby showers.

@Zionas is right, it is 2021. We had a Golden Retriever growing up, became inseparable from the Irish Setter living next door. In this case, same species but we knew they were both females... They were affectionately known as "the lesbians" in our relatively hetero neighborhood. (So a friendly reminder that if these two fishies are same sex, dibs on offspring ain't doing you'all any good.)

@MugenReef95 grow up... ...oh all right- someday I may manage to get a video, can post it here.

But I will tell you, adults only. I'm not just seeing a lot of swimming hand-in-hand, etc.. Butch (the widowed m2f clown) sometimes starts doing the sideways seizures for Chromy, and don't ask me what those motions are that Chromy is doing in return. I avert my eyes.

Glad the wife and I aren't living in a glass house.
