Clown fish died and I'm not sure why...

So I've had my pair of clown fish for months there onyx picasso clowns. When last night I saw what i believe the be the female the biggest one swimming funny and she looked bigger then normal. Today i noticed she was gone and then i found her dead.

I'm wondering if maybe she was pregant and couldn't find a place to lay her eggs and maybe died from the stress of it... all my other fish are fine.

Salt levels fine and chem levels of water are fine as well. So this is odd to me.

Is that a common thing with aquarium clowns?

Could be anything. Stress, aggression from other fish, internal parasites etc.

No aggression and I don't think it was internal parasites. I just don't know I can say she had like bubbles on her eyes anyone know what that means

gas disease causes the eyes to swell i think

might also explain the swollen look

So not her whole eye was swallow just like the outer clear layer.

This fish had it since I got it but I didn't know what that was so over the last 5 months it must have just gotten worse and took its toll on it.
