Looks like an odd presentation of Brooklynella or Uronema, I would be safe and consider starting treatment as both kill quickly and spread quickly.

You're going to have to quarantine and treat. Please read link below.

You can get Metronidazole/Flagyl at Dr. Fosters and Smith, but you needed to have it yesterday.

You can start with a FW bath, see link below, it will also provide information on the use of Formalin which you can get at local fish stores.

Unfortunately I not have a quarantine tank, but soon ready it.
Whether can I using from my quarantine tank after making it or need to several months circulation water it?
Thanks for your guide[emoji4]

^^This. Giving the fish a FW dip and/or chemical bath ASAP will buy you some time, even if you can't QT right away. Formalin is the go-to, and metro can be used as well. However, I have been having very good success lately using acriflavine to treat velvet as well as brook in clownfish. A LFS I advise has been having good success treating clownfish with brook using acriflavine as well. They are using Ruby Reef Rally, which contains both acriflavine & formalin.
