After transferring the clown from my 42g to my new 130g 5days back, today i noticed an odd behaviour, the female big clown has gone to the other side and stays at bottom, and face has turned pale white. Its is some issue with behaviour or again some disease? The other clown looks fine. Here is a few seconds closeup video.

It could be an infection but it's tough to tell. My two cents would be to test the water and ensure it's clean and devoid of ammonia and your other parameters are in check. Watch closely for any other symptoms, mentioned above.

Clowns do behave oddly from time to time - still...

Keep an eye on her, note _any_ unusual behaviors. The ones mentioned by Mitchell01 are good general indicators of disease, velvet (which is scary-prevalent right now...Are you listening, supply-chain?) will often be noticed only by behaviors like swimming into the flow of a powerhead or hiding from any light.

He/she looks fine to me. Just keep an eye on it and look for additional symptoms.

It use to eat all pelleted food, but now it doesnt. It only eats frozen. Cant see any other symptoms. Will be transferring other fishes next weekend instead of coming.

You have some good advice for the crew, my only suggestion would to treat with some vitamin C for the stress of the switch;)

We do get some vitamin c tablets here at the pharmacy. I add it directly to the tank? Howmuch to add?

If you can get it, Brightwell make a Vitmarne C liquid. It for the over all health of your system. Using the tablets is Old school and the vitamin C help with stress and like humans immunes system without the antibiotics. Like humans, to many antibiotics after a time, the antibiotics lose their effects and do not work.

it looks like the clown is just playing in the flow.

Do you have an update on this? My clownfish also has a weird white face too and has been acting weird scratching his face. Trying to figure out what's going on.
