Clown fish has a little bumps

Hi all, I’m new to the forum. Thought I’d reach out to those more knowledgeable and buy her a little help. I have a pair of platinum perculas And the little guy developed bumps all over his skin. He’s swimming well and eating well and not scratching or anything. Put him in QT with API general cure. Seems OK now. Any idea what that was?
