I have a new tank set up and running and finally ready for its first inhabitants. I want to get a pair of clowns and eventually get an anemone down the road. Will my fish take to the anemone if the anemone is added down the road? Do I have a better chance of them cohabitating if I wait and add anemone first and get clowns later? Thanks

Good question! Because most anemones do better with a stable tank, I suggest that you start with the clowns and then add the anemone in six months to a year once you have gone through the "uglies" stage.

+1

Clown first in most cases and anemone introduced at a later point especially if its a newer tank as you don't want to add a nem to a fairly new tank.

Awesome. Thanks for the advice. I was hoping that would be the case. I really want to get these fish and qt them . Thanks
