Clown fish perching but still seems fine?

Hey so my clownfish jumped out about a week ago now and I was just wondering if it is normal for clowns to perch on rocks. He swims around all the time and eats really well but some times he just sits and chill on the rocks? So i don’t know if this is bad or not so if you have any ideas then that would be great. Oh and lastly there is a female clown in the tank with him who is bigger than him and is “twitching” at him I dont how to put that well but I read that this was their mating thing not sure if that would be a cause oh the perching.

Perch-sulk-mope ....... yes at times they do
If sideways- that would not be good
I assume it responds to feeding, breathing normal ?

Yeah he eats like a pig and breaths the same just thought it was different from his normal behavior
