Clown fish questions, need help, new tank

Hi, so, I have a nano 36 L marine tank, I'm cycling with fish (don't ask why) and it's been 5 days and I have 2 Ocenalarris Clowns in there. One of the clowns is super healthy, he is quite bigger then the other, he is swimming around having fun, but he seems to "bully" the other one, he is always running into the other clown. Is this normal ?

The other clown seems to be getting a little stressed, it's hiding a bit and moving its mouth a lot, but it still eats although I haven't been feeding too much due to some ammonia troubles at the start.

The larger one is female and asserting dominance over the male. Mated pairs of clowns are always females larger, males smaller. The females always "bully" the male clown. It is normal and should not cause a problem.

That being said, cycling with clown fish is not the best idea. They are regardless of what a pet stores says a lot harder to keep alive than other fish.
