Clown fish really sick please help

So all my other fish are very lively including my other clown ... this clown however is very sick for past two days now and he’s newest to the tank I don’t know what it is but he has lost color and is like patchy he hovers near the bottom and doesn’t eat my parameters are perfect but just him ... will this infect my other fish or clown for that matter and what should I do please help ASAP

Can you get some pics with less blue? It could be velvet, ich, or brook but very hard to tell under blues.

yea I had to separate him bc I’m about to take back to lfs but here
