Clown fish turning pale and white.

So I've noticed that my male.clown had this clear spot on his tail it's a small circle on his tail but it comes and goes. It has no color in that spot. And I noticed on his first dorsal fin it's starting to turn white where it was black I tried hard to capture it on the video. And before everyone yells at me about with white lights I tried and you could not see the spot in.the video so I had to do it under blue lights. And my female clown her orange spot on her face is turning pale also and losing color. Any thoughts? I haven't been running my skimmer because it has flooded my room twice so could it be from lack of O2? They all eat like fat pigs and are acting normally fine. Parameters are 10ppm nitrate 0ppm ammonia .12phosphate. any thoughts?
