So I looked at the brook pics and it doesn’t look anything like that. As of now it’s just one large white growth bump. All the small white dots are gone after I treated for ich with one half dosage.

Please keep in mind that during the life cycle of ich, it drops off the fish and looks like they're cured, but comes back with a vengence as it reproduces in the water column then reattaches to them. It's doubtful that the API med actually cured your fish. Just watch them closely. Good luck.

Pictures are a bit hard to see on this end. But especially with Clownfish, when we see white-ish areas forming on the fish, we tend to look for Brooklynella. So I'm attaching a complete description of Brook along with pictures of "Early" Brook so you can see the various stages of the parasites on fish. Brook can kill rather quickly.

Ick dots and velvet dots look roughly the same however ick tends to be oval in shape and velvet round.
When dealing with parasites like these two, dots disappearing can just be the next stage of their life cycles. After feeding on your fish, they will fall off, go to the bottom, and divide by 100-200 times. Then, this never ending cycle will repeat again and again.

Based on your last post, you do not describe either parasite.
Lathargic, glassy eyes, Not eating, scratching.......any of these?

Check your nutrient levels, I am thinking, new tank, elevated nutrients.
Hope to see nitrate under 30ppm at this point and over the next few months, down to 5-10ppm.
If not, you only have fish so let’s work towards those goals.

You need to keep track of the 5 parameters and ensure they are stable. Temp, Salinity,Nitrate,Phosphate,Ph
if you decide to add Stoney type corals, same process for them, CA, ALK, MG.

I might consider 3 -20% water changes one day apart......Run some activated carbon......
Ensure you are feeding varied and high protein high fat diet.
Pellets usually high in both
Strong fish can withstand disease.

So they’re both swimming, extremely active and eating like champs. The small white specs are gone but it’s just the small male who has the bump. I’ve only had them for about two weeks. My nitrates are at 20, nitrites are at 1, PH. Everything seems to be good. Maybe because they’re new?

How are your clowns now? Those look like injuries to me or lympho
