I want to get 2 clowns for my tank, after it cycles. I want to get a regular clown and a snowflake clown, with that being said can the two get along together and if they do will the breed together? Thanks in advance!

Hi! It's hard to tell if they will get along or especially breed for you. The best way to make sure they get along is to get two juvenile clowns and let them work out who will be male and female. If that's not possible, then make sure that at least one is a juvenile and that there is a noticeable size difference.

They will. Check my post under nem and clown fish section. However if you call a maroon a regular clown fish then I can't help you there ;-)
Btw, snow flake clown fish is just a regular clown fish but looks pretty through mating/breeding manipulation
