Let me start my telling you what I've got... I have a 29gallon tank with about 30lbs live sand ~2 in sand bed ... and about 20 lbs of live rock, and the tank has been set up for about a total of 5 weeks and cycled for about the last 2.5 weeks.

My tank parameters:
77 temp
0 ammonia and nitrite
about 3ppm nitrate
1.024 salinity

I got my green clown goby just over a week ago and he has been doing great and eating very well so this weekend I added a red spotted scooter blenny. For the first 2 days they were all doing great and no visible signs of anything with both being active and eating well. After my tank cleaning yesterday (wiping down the inside of the glass) my goby has been hiding and today he looks to have small little warts everywhere on his skin ... So what could this be? I thought maybe it could be lympho? but he has multiple warts and not just one or two so I'm not sure. Please help!! thank you

He came out and ate a bit of food today but appears that he is having a hard time swimming. I have tried to get a picture of him because he is hiding in the LR.
So it is a good thing he is still eating right? I really dont want to lose my first fish

Eating is always a great sign! You say he's having trouble swimming. What exactly is he doing?
