Ive only had this clown goby for 2 days and didnt notice it was like this when I got it from the lfs. That white spot on its side is completely clear like glass. Also its stomach is severely sunken in. What could be causing this? The lfs told me it had been there a while.I tried to feed it frozen blood worms and nls thera A pellets and it attacks them and puts it into its mouth but I couldnt tell if it ate either one.

Picture didn't work. Did it eat at the LFS? If so what did they feed it. You may try that to get him eating well.

Now the picture works! Yeah that's an odd spot there. Along with the white poop, is he exhibiting any other symptoms? Heavy breathing? Flashing, scratching, hiding in the shade a lot? Is there a fish that could be picking on it?

they were feeding brine shrimp and cyclopleeze. it goes right after pellets and bloodworms and seems very active swimming around the tank perching in random spots. I havent seen any other symptoms except for he does hide sometimes which im assuminr is because its brand new to the tank. Its also the only fish in the tank. Ive only had it for 3 days now. How long would these worms take to kill a fish. Because the lfs said it was there for a while.

It can be slow or fast. Depends on the fish and the situation. Humble can tell you about a clownfish with intestinal worms that lived for years. This guy has the pinched stomach though and that's not a good thing.

It just ate a bunch of nls thera a pellets so I guess well see what happens

I can't tell from here what that fish has, but neither of those foods is appropriate for that fish. It should be given something like clams, new born brine shrimp or live blackworms. No bloodworms, and no pellets.
