clown goby with other fish

I have two clownfish that are just over an inch in a 13.5 gallon tank i want to add a clown goby and a royal gramma will they fit or would that be too many fish? i am planning on adding more rocks so there would be plenty of places to hide

I'd probably skip the royal gramma

When the clowns are full grown it will be a fully stocked tank.

I'd skip the royal gamma as well. You may be ok with the clown goby I had one in my tank with my clowns without issues...
