my clown is not eating since i got it... ive been told that yellow clown goby having white on its body means its stressed.. but i got it like that... its been four days and he still not eating...

If it’s only been 4 days since you got him that’s normal for new fish

its still not eating!! my ammonia were zero nitrite zero my nitrate show zero but they said that the gha is absorbing all of my nitrates i also have live sand and chaeto on my sump.... so nitrates wouldnt be an issue.. ph is 8.0 kh is 180 salinity is 1.026... i dont have a heater i live in texas houston the temp inside is 72°F

Can you post pics of the fish? Not eating can also be a symptom of illness like internal parasites. Have you seen him poop at all? I’d like to see the white areas if possible. Did you QT him?

well i tried feeding it with brine shrimp (he did eat but not alot and only the small ones but now he never even try to eat the small ones) omega one mini pellets, nutriediet marineflakes( i crushed it to fine powder and didnt eat it ), nori, blood worm and krill... i got it from petco and i didnt see eating hes also not very active when i see it.. the reason why i picked him is because he’s the smallest...

hmm, i had a clown goby briefly before a tank crash and if i recall he ate mysis readily. it looks like they're actually a planktivore and it being tiny i'd try some small particle stuff like LRS nano, fish love them some LRS. something like cyclops might work, my anthias loves the cyclops and she's a planktivore. you might also drop it in front of a powerhead or return jet so it kind of triggers the feeding response

if it ate even a little thats good news. they are tiny little fish and not very active so they probably don't need to eat too often.

it died... but im not really sure if he died because of starvation or... the anemone ate it... but im pretty sure he’s immune to my anemone... he once swim straight to it and didnt have an issue... anyway he’s gone... my sea urchin probably ate its remains...
