Clown harem possible in a 40 gallon drop off?

So since I'm upgrading my 40 dropoff to a much larger tank and moving everything but the LR over, I was looking into different ideas for what it can become next. I was thinking about getting a bunch of smaller RBTAs to cover the rocks and getting 10~ juveniles from the same clutch to make a harem tank. Any opinions?
