Clown fish had some white matter (not spots) above his eye yesterday and I freshwater dipped him and the matter disappeared but today now he has a white film over right eye.

Could be an injury. Do you notice any aggression between them? The fins looked frayed as well which is why i ask.

Its tail rot from disease or from too much carbon. I over dossed carbon 2 weeks ago.

Also as stated in the OP they had a mass over both their eyes and I dipped them and both masses disappeared or jumped off.

I appreciate your help very much but this is 100% not an injury.

I would make sure all your parameters are good inc salinity ....do a regular water change.
is the sandbed established? to me it seems like stressed induced.

Could well be an infection, are there any small spots or dusting on the fish? Particularly on the top half?

I'ld dose PraziPro to the tank

Yeah they have had a rough go. Plus I messed up on a carbon sack I placed in the sump. I was only going to run it for 1 day because it was for another much larger tank but it was really cloudy. I forgot about it and pulled it 5 days later. Their tails had become very thin and the dusting started. 2 days ago I noticed two masses above their eyes and i dipped them and almost immediately the masses disappeared. The following day was the murky / cloudy eye. Their skin looks like crap. I was thinking it was flukes. I was thinking of using formalin from fish vet but wanted to check with you guys.

Attached is the mass from 2 days ago

I will check parameters tonight. When I get a chance. I checked 2 days ago and nitrates / ammonia were 0. I will run a full test tonight on phosphate, alk, salinity, nitrate, nitrite and ammonia and ph

It almost looks like the fish has brook in the first photo. I would pull and put in a QT tank if possible, would first do a 4-5 min fresh water dip then dose GC in QT.

No, never used formalin. When I first introduced a pair of gold nugget clowns to one of my tanks one got pretty beat up by a powerhead and a nem. It's fins were literally dissolving, cloudy eyes, and color was pale. An old time fellow reefer said to use PraziPro and gave me a bottle. I tried and within a week to 10 days cloudy eyes were clear, color came back and a week or two later fins were normal. I always thought PraziPro was for internal parasites but he told me he's been using it for years and it works for all kinds of ailments.

Fish in tank are as follows

1 blue spotted jaw fish
1 bi color blenny
2 youth clowns

Will it hurt my corals?

Will it hurt the corals? Will it unbalance any parameters?

PraziPro is coral safe and doesn't change any params
