Not sure if this is normal or not, I bought a full set up from someone getting out of the hobby and only just noticed this on the clown. Is it something to be concerned about?

It's eating fine and is active,

More info, she's still eating fine, she's been hosting in that nem for over 2 months now (bought the full setup from another reefer 2 months ago and was hosting a different nem). Still super active and no signs of breathing issues. The other clown has no issues at all, and no other fish in the tank are showing any signs of distress or issues either.

Hmmm. I notice my clowns have nips sometimes in the morning. It’s like they fight while they sleep together. Do you notice the other clown beating up on this one? They will nip at one another when you come to the tank and say hello.

It looks like there are also white marks on your fish so i'm going to guess it's some sort of infection or parasite. I would quarantine it to start.

No as far as i can tell they dont fight at all, this one also the bigger one, the previous owner said they have spawned before.

what's the best method to catching them to quarantine it?

You can try while you're feeding them. Hold a net under the water surface and lure your fish with food into the net. The other option is to get it at night when they're sleeping but it's going to stress them out.
