i get it they would look a lil different but the only orange on the fish i got is in the face you think the fins will turn color ?
Most clowns when paired do change color a bit. My female went orange to black and my male is half orange and half black from belly up.
There is a chance the orange will eventually be come more noticeable but I dont think they will ever be all orange.
It sounds like the replacement fish are not to your liking, which is fair as you ordered a WYSIWYG and they had to replace them.
You're in a tough spot... the seller technically held up his part of the deal and supplied you with a replacement after there was a problem with shipping.
Unfortunately you don't like the replacement.....its a moral issue at this point for the seller. Does he refund you the money even tho he replaced the first fish mess up or does he ignore you and get bad press online for not shipping you what you wanted.
It's kind of a lose - lose situation. I dont see him refunding your money as you have 2 healthy fish and he held up his part of the transaction as best as he could....AND I dont see you being %100 completely happy with your replacement fish.
I believe you have to mark this up as a page in the book of life's lessons!
I've had numerous shipping disasters, so many to the point I have everything delivered to a FED EX OR UPS store to minimize situations. You're not alone in this and it unfortunately will happen again...and again.....and again.... not the same situation but nothing in reefing seems to ever be perfect or goes how it's supposed to HAHAHA
Try to be happy with the clowns, they are really BEAUTIFUL and I'm sure they will bring you a lot of happiness watching them, of course this doesn't help you with the feeling like you got shafted by the seller but I dont think the seller is being malicious in his actions. (I could be wrong lol)
