Clown looks bad.

Lost a PBT and clown to ich or velvet. Within a day this clown has the same white spots. After a day there was a ton. Seems the scales are falling off its head. Help??!

Can you post a better pic of "the scales falling off"? If it looks like a white mucous layer it could be brooklynella

If you lost a tang to ich or velvet, then you should move all your fish to a qt wand treat with copper or cp immediately. Velvet wont give you much time to act.

you should treat immediately if there are lots of small spots (likely sign of velvet).

It’s hard to tell from the pictures but google brooklynella as well. Both are fast killers. Ich in general is survivable by healthy fish, severe outbreaks are pretty rare though possible.
