i have a 29 gal bio cube with all perameters testing good. there are 7 assorted corals and a chaulk basslet in the tank. all of which are doin fine. this morning my clown fish was fine swimming and eating. tonight the clown is stuffing itself in crevaces and swimming around the bottom on its side and in spirals. the best way i can describe it is if it had a stroke. there are a little bit of signs that it got a lil beat up but ive never seen the basslet go after it. im baffled and fear it will be dead soon.

IMO it is only a small possibility that original injuries were from the Basslet, as most any fish will pick on a dying or injured fish regardless of size as is their nature to do so. I would still investigate what possible other causes there could be before calling it 'Case Closed'. That being said I suppose its possible you have a 'Rabid Basslet' just never seen one myself....lol

Cheers, Todd
