Pic is dark - please repost under bright white lighting. I cant tell if its ich or secondary bacterial lesions associated with brook

Yes, I have an extra tank that I can set up.
I would give the fish a five minute freshwater dip and move it to that tank and treat with ruby reef rally pro. Formalin is a much better medication, but it is toxic to people and difficult to source.

I never had to deal with this before. I bought Formalin some time back from a local fish store and kept on hand. I will set up a tank and add some Formalin.

You should dose it at 25 ppm daily. To do that, multiply the exact volume of the tank in gallons by 25 and then divide that by 264. That works out to be 0.96 ml per ten gallons.

Thank you!
Do you know what causes this? We have not put any new fishes in the tank. I do water changes weekly it’s a nano tank.

Brooklynella is a protozoan with direct development. It is most commonly seen on newly purchased clownfish. It can also be transferred into a tank by moving anything “wet” into the tank. If you’ve had this fish for more than 4 months with nothing new added, it might not be Brook. If you upload a clear video I can try to firm up the diagnosis.

He ended up passing last night but seems like the other clown may caught the same thing. They have a grey dot coming in on its head.

We had another fish that recently passed as well. Seems like we may have to treat the tank.

Is there any flow in the tank? I notice your water surface is completely flat. Also notice several of your corals are closed.

I would double check everything, make sure param's are in order, make sure the water is oxygenated, have adequate filtration..... something might be off in the water or the tank that is causing stress.

We put the fan on feed mood for the photos and turned on the white light.

We noticed that the clowns are getting grey spots on the white part of their bodies.
