Clown on his side breathing heavy URGENT

My clown is laying on hes side breathing heavy
I did a 25% water change today
Matched salinity and temp and my second dose of prazipro and now
Its been about 4 hours and now hes laying on hes side breathing rapidly


Any advice

parameters? salinity? ammonia? try adding an air stone maybe? unfortunately when its to this point it may already be to late.

Prameters are all good i checked instantly

Hes dead now, nassarius have all come out now

I wouldve loved to know what wrong with it so i know if i need to take the other back out and put back in qt

Been running for since jan 1st

Parameters
Ammonia is 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate is abit high at 30 ppm
Phospahte is also abit high at 0.21

Last week i seen white stringy poop coming from the fish that died so i dosed with prazipro and today was the 6th day so i did a 20-25% water change and redosed

That fish was always swimming into powerheads
The other one seem completely fine though
