clown pair question

hello,
i have a pair of juvenile chocolate clowns that were purchased together from the same tank. the bigger one is pretty relentless in harassing the smaller one. what should i do? should i put the bigger one in a quarantine box on the edge of the tank for a few weeks?

That will help. Also can put a mirror next to the tank if separation doesn't work.
