Clown possible brook

So clowns put in new tank after 50 days qt an observation. Dosed with coppersafe 14 days at 2.0 checked with hanna checker and API copper. Transferred to new tank after fresh water bath dosed with prazipro for 14 days and fed medicated with GC, focus, during same time period. Observation for the remaining days to allow tank extra cycle time.

Ok, out of thirty pics I could take they were the best I could get. . It is one white it not like the pics on the disease thread or Humblefish's site. More of a beard on one side of the chin but thank you for the reply!

Ah, good. It's probably lymphocystis. It's a usually harmless virus. Treat this "condition" with pristine water quality, excellent food + vitamins (I like to use Beta Glucan as an additive to help the fish's immune system), and low stress environment. Here's a good thread on lympho:

Tried everything, fresh water bath, quarantine tank, vitamin enriched food. Passed this morning, maybe someone can tell this rookie why.

Sorry for your loss.
The suspected lympho would tend to indicate the fish's immune system was under stress of some sort. Could be disease, parasites, collection techniques, etc. If you still have the body, could give it a freshwater dip to see if flukes drop off. Some take samples of gills to check for parasites. Some examine the organs for signs of internal issues.

That area on fish is very, very thin, skin-like. Would be one of the first areas to decompose.
