Clown Spots?

Seems to be swimming sort of funny. Just floating without a purpose. Hes the only guy in this new setup I have going. Had him for 2 months and put him into new fluval evo.

Looks like a couple of suspicious spots. A first, easy step would be a freshwater dip to see if the fish has a fluke infestation.

Going to Dip tomorrow morning. I put some Nitrate reducer in the water and it actually somehow made the spots go away. Ive got medication coming in the mail.
