Not sure what this is but it is gray and right behind the pectoral fin. There is also a tiny black spot just forward of the same pectoral fin. Fish is acting normal. Other clown looks ok. I also have 2 tangs, a cardinal and a basket. All look ok.

Pull him and the other clown or monitor? Treat for brook or does it look like something else?

Do you have coral in the tank or nems? This looks like hypermelinization. Sometimes nems will reject the clown for no apparent reason. Could just be a sting. Keep an eye on it. If it is, it will heal on its own.

No nems, but lots of coral. Elegance, bubble, euphoria etc. I saw another post that had a clown with the same thing and all called it hypermelanization.
