I know it’s hard to see but if you zoom in there is a little white spot on his head should I worry or no

Could be the early stages of brook. How long have you had the fish and have you introduced anything new recently?
Brooklynella:

Symptoms – This is most often seen in clownfish, but it can afflict any fish. The fish’s skin will appear to be peeling or sloughing off, oftentimes causing excessive white mucous to form around the affected area(s).

Treatment options - Formalin or acriflavine bath, followed by additional baths (as needed - but give the fish a day to recuperate in-between baths). You can use formalin in a QT (at a much lower concentration than the bath), but great care must be taken to provide plenty of gas exchange as formalin will quickly deplete the water of oxygen. For this reason, doing baths is the safer option as the fish can be pulled from the formalin if showing signs of distress. Acriflavine is probably the better option for in-tank QT use.

The following products contain formalin: Formalin-MS (preferred), Quick Cure,Aquarium Solutions Ich-X, Kordon Rid-Ich Plus.

Acriflavine can be found in Acriflavine-MS (preferred) and Ruby Reef Rally.

Metronidazole (exs. Seachem MetroPlex, Metro-MS, Hikari Metro+) is considered an alternative treatment for brook. A freshwater dip may provide temporary relief if you are unable to locate any of the aforementioned medications right away. Some even claim total eradication of the disease is possible just by performing multiple FW dips on the fish. o_O

I’m already dosing metro because of white stringy poop so I will just continue until everything is gone

I does look like the start of Brook to me as well.

Also in regards to the white stringy poop, you will have a lot better chance of erradicating intestinal parasites with the use of metro and focus. Add it to prepared frozen food. 1 scoop/measure of each per tablespoon of food.

That’s what I am already doing. Than you.

So you are dosing the water for Brook treatment and then adding to food for intestinal parasites? If so you should be good to go.

I am just dosing metro and focus in the food. I don’t want to dose water because it will harm my inverts

How do you perform a fresh water dip exactly. Fill up a bucket with fresh water and put him in? How long do they stay there? All the details would be appreciated

Feeding metro and focus won’t eradicate brook, unfortunately. You’ll need to remove the inhabitants and treat in a hospital tank.

Yes, just fresh RODI water in a bucket. Match the temp to the tank water.

You will want to move all fish in the tank to a QT and dose metro into water. Feeding it will not erradicate brook.

How do I set up a QT? What do i need to have in it. How big? Smaller the better because of space in the house.

Midas blenny
2 clowns
2 blue green chromis
3 black damsel
Long nose hawk
Fox face

20Long is a stretch and you could fight ammonia issues. But doable.

40B would be ideal.

Unfortunately I don’t have the space for something that big. Do I have to transfer all fish or just the one that is sick?

They all have to be treated. Otherwise they will still carry it. Your tank has to be fallow (fishless) for 6 weeks to erradicate brook.

You could use a Rubbermaid tote on the floor if you had to.

What if I found someone to house my inverts and just did the treatment in my DT?

So after I got home today I stared hard into my tank at my fish especially my clowns and I don’t see anything no more spot on the head and there color is vibrant, swimming very well and eating just as always.
