Clown with stringy thin clear poop. Metroplex + Focus + Garlic will work?

One of my clowns is having that symptom. He still eats like a pig, but every other fish don't have stringy poop either. All fish have been in the tank for a month.

I'm ordering Metroplex + Focus + Garlic. Is that the right combination? (Just want to confirm).

Metro + Focus, or API General Cure + Focus.

I've personally never had to use garlic to get a fish to eat when treating with medicated food.

Ok I'll cancel the Garlic then
