Clown with white cloudy skin

I have a orange clownfish that has a white cloudy substance covering most of the body. I have been battling ich, but it doesn't look like what killed my other fish. I have had this fish since 2015. Please help. I try to get a good picture, but the fish runs away when I get close.

Seems like brooklynella ? EDIT - did you add anything recently?

I can see distinct spots, so I would say this is "stale ich". When fish have had ich for a long time, it starts to look different that when it first starts up, more mucusy.

How have you been treating for ich?

Agree on ich over brook. This can be tricky as secondary bacteria issue associated with brook can mimic ich, but the coverage convinces me on ich

I bought a Sailfin tang on Super Bowl Sunday. I didn’t see the ich until I got home. I ordered Polyp lab Medic, and got it that following Thursday. I started the two dose a day treatment. Lost my flame Angel, the the Sailfin tang, then one of my clowns last night, and this one will be soon. The only one that I don’t see ich is my Diamond Goby. I can’t afford a quarantine tank until April 01st. Learned my lesson the hard way. Thank you to everyone that responded.

Polyp Lab medic is Peroxide salts and rarely works and will Maybe with early stage. You will want to go the effective route and quarantine and use coppersafe for a full 30 days and monitor both copper levels and ammonia levels during treatment period
