So I set up a 20 gallon saltwater tank and cycled it put my first fish in which was a black Ocellaris clown he’s been in the tank for 3 days at first he was swimming around acting normal but now he sits in a corner by the sand and doesn’t move much he seems to be eating fine and his breathing is ok he has no signs of ich but he does have a white bump on his mouth please help

Welcome to the forum.. that type of activity is normal for new clowns however the mouth sore is not, It may just be a injury keep an eye on it and feed all the mixed nutritious foods he will eat multiple times a day if possible... providing complete tank stats and parameters along with detailed photos will help others provide you with additional help.

Can you post a pic showing the white bump?

If it is what I think it is (bacterial infection), you will need to dose Kanaplex + Metroplex in a QT in order to fix it.

I posted a picture of it I noticed he also sways around leaning to his side occasionally

I don’t have either of those and my local pet store doesn’t have them are there any substitutes for them that would work if not I can order them online
I agree with @Humblefish and would order on amazon. Time isn’t your friend with infections, act quickly. It often takes several days for bacterial infections to start improving on fish for some reason
