I've had these 2 clownfish for a little over 3 months now they are both still juveniles but one has definitely seemed to have established dominance. It chases the little guy and nips at him but then does the twitching to the little guy. The smaller one does it less often. The smaller one also swims a lot more "vigorously"? and the bigger one swims much more relaxed. Any thoughts?

Normal clown fish behavior when establishing dominance.

Good luck, many times adding two small ones and hoping they pair often ends with a single clown. Not always but often enough I'll never do it again. Search for why are my clownfish fighting and you'll see what I'm talking about.
I've had 100% success, even with maroons by adding a single fish and waiting for it to transition to female then adding a very small male. Most people don't have the patience for that tho because it can take as long 6 months to a year.
