Clownfish and wrasse have white spots on them

I woke up this morning and my fish were covered in white spots. I topped of my tank last night with freshwater. I have a feeling ich was in that water. So I need help on what u should do

Than what do u think it could be from? I have added nothing in the past year and all my levels are good my fish are not stressed
