Bought two clownfish 3 days ago, one is healthy and eating. The other one is having both his upper and lower body fin closed, and is ignoring food altogether. I am new to hobby and these are my first marine fish please help what is it. They are in my qt. Also this fish is swimming in the upper and middle water column since yesterday while the healthy one remains in bottom. When lights are closed it returns to the bottom with the other fish.

Weird. He can swim, but not interested in food at all. From the store or online? Is it a struggled swim? Could he have been hurt in transport. Is the other clown interacting with him at all? Maybe #reefsquad has more experience with this?

Bought it online, yeah they both stay together when its dark. The healthy one imo is not bothering him no chasing, no nipping. No he is swimming normally, swimming the length breadth and height of the whole tank(which is unusual for a clownfish) all day and sleeps with the healthy one at night. But is not accepting food at all. Plus i am new so shared these pictures if you experienced guys can detect anything on the fish as i can't.

Maybe he is just shaken up from the trip. Perhaps others will chime in in the morning. Good luck!
