Clownfish cloudy eye?

Clownfish eye has looked like this for a couple days. His other eye doesn’t look like this and the mates eye also doesn’t look like this.

One cloudy suggest that this stems from a scratch or injury and will need to be treated in quarantine setting for at least 5 days using Maracyn AKA maracyn 1 which is ethromyacin
