Clownfish damaging hammers

Has anyone had Clowns kill or damage hammer corals?

lol anything goes when you are dealing with clowns. I think they are very aptly named. Is your clowns trying to host the hammer... or to be PC... is your hammer hosting the clowns? lol

yes, and goniporas. some people get lucky. my small clowns live in a basketball sized hammer colony but ive had larger pairs try to be hosted by smaller colonies and ultimately kill them.

When I removed my anemone the clowns went and hosted frogspawn. The frogspawn seemed to react negatively initially but after a couple days it was ok and didn't mind the clowns at all. Never killed anything. They went in torches too
