Clownfish diagnosis and treatment

Need help with a sick female clownfish. Yesterday my wife noticed our female clownfish swimming sideways and belly up before the lights came on. The male clownfish would charge when she was close. When the lights came on they seemed fine. At night I noticed one or two white spots on her body and the start of fins fraying. This morning change in the sleep behavior but the female was in worse condition. Noticed more tattered find and skin looking more discolored. The male started to insistently charge the sick female. I set up a 20 gallon hospital tank and have the female quarantined now but I’m not sure what medications to by or what to do next.

MI successfully did a 5 minute RO freshwater dip with ph matched. I’ll post some photos and videos below.

@Humblefish @4FordFamily @ngoodermuth Any suggestions? I’m thinking bacterial infection is secondary to a parasite. Should I treat the infection first? Can I treat for both at the same time? Suggestions on what medication would be a tremendous help too.

I don’t see anything on the fish at all. With clownfish a tattered fin is likely aggression.

She looks thin, has she been eating well?

She has been eating fine.

Would there be a reason for the change in aggression? The two perculas have been together for over 1 year now without any aggression. And the change in sleeping behavior has me stumped. For two strait years she has slept at the top of the tank towards the back. Now she goes towards the front and drifts belly up almost instantly when the lights go out. Maybe it is just aggression and I’m just looking too hard for a different reason. I’m pretty darn sure I saw a few white spots though. But I don’t see them now. Sorry to ramble. I have noticed white spots/bumps on the male percula from time to time. But always felt that he was healthy and his immune system was taking care of it.
