Clownfish diagnosis

Hi Guys just wondering if someone can help me find out what is wrong with a clownfish I acquired a couple weeks ago.
Noticeable spots and slight deterioration of upper fin.
I have other fish in my tank and all look very healthy and water parameters are all within spec.

I agree with HotRocks...looks like Brook starting to come on.
