CLOWNFISH DISEASE? HELP ME ID!

I have attached a few pics. My juvenile ocellaris clown has had these large bumps right where his nostrils are. They look as if the nostrils are inflamed. They come in cycles, one week they are super small and look almost normal and the next they are big and inflamed. Any idea what this could be? Even more strange, is that the clowns mate doesn’t have anything like it, so maybe it isn’t contagious?
