My baby occelaris clown had this white spot on his side that looked like a wound. It has not grown at all but it has spread to his face and dorsal fin. It's been about 2 weeks since the first spot. None of my other fish show any signs of problems. I tested for flukes with a fresh water dip to no avail so I cannot figure out what it is. Any ideas or treatments I can do? This is Fowlr and inverts. Any meds I should try?

I pray it's not velvet. I'm not sure how it would be though. These fish have been in this tank for 3 or 4 months (I've owned them for about 1 month this was a store display tank)

It doesn't look like velvet to me, possibly the start to a bacterial infection but I'm not really sure. Let's get opinions from @HotRocks @4FordFamily and @ngoodermuth
I'm thinking it's an infection (I just removed a nasty damsel that was attacking it)
But could that cause a spread to his face? What has me against ich or flukes is the fact it's been 2 weeks and no other fish in my system has had any problems
What antibacterial should I try, invert safe?

The rest of your fish may not show any obvious symptoms even after 2 weeks depending on their immune systems. Antibiotics would need to be administered in a qt but I'm not really sure they're necessary yet. You could be just dealing with aggression injuries that may self correct. Wait for the experts I tagged to respond before you do anything at this point

I'm seeing some white bumps as well unless that's on the glass. I think it could be beginning stages of brook as that can often look like ich early on.

I'd order or pick up some Ruby Reef Rally to have on hand and be prepared to treat everyone in a separate tank.

I see bacterial infection, that’s all I can make out for certain. I’d recommend Kanaplex, metroplex, and furan 2 in a quarantine tank for 10-14 days.

Nitrofuracin green works even better but shouldn’t be mixed with other meds, and is more difficult to obtain.

Looking at it and comparing it to early set brook/ick/velvet It doesnt look to be so.. I'm not sure at least. He does have one white spec on his cheek and fin tho

I am in process of moving and dont have my equipment to set up a qt. Is treatments viable in a fish and invert only tank or will that cause problems

Antibiotics are not reef safe, nor are any effective medications for ich/velvet/brook unfortunately.

I'm really leaning towards just an infection. after closer examination every spot that there is a white spot or mark there is a small physical would associated

It could be either bacterial infection or brook.

The good thing is, the recommendation by @4FordFamily covers both.

NFG doesn't cover Brook but you can add Metroplex with NFG safely.

Either way the treatment is NOT reef safe and needs to be done in a QT.

Is brook something I need to worry about in the other fish or just treat the one. The other fish are damsels
