Clownfish disease?

I have two clownfish that I got about a month ago and they have been doing well ever since. The other day I noticed that one of the clowns had a little bit of white around the lips and the next day he looked like the photo below. Is this a disease, or did he get attacked?

Do you have a QT? These fish will need treated separately from your display. Then you will want the display to be left fallow for at least 6 weeks.
