Clownfish dying ? Pregnant?

Hi,

Going to be brief as possible, video should tell a good story.
40gallon AIO reef
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate .05
Phosphate 0.12
Have two clowns, this is the female, always been the big healthy one. She still eats just fine and as much as I will feed her. This just started a few days ago, breathing heavy, swimming like this. Both sleep up here at night but this is mid day and breathing heavy.
I have another clown (male/smaller)
Fairy wrasse - passive
Yellow tang - passive
Two shrimp - fire/cleaner
I love these two clowns, I don’t want to lose this one.

Maybe try using prazipro or one of the edible seachem medicines with focus. Prazipro is harmless with corals and the edible seachem ones you mix with food.
