i try to feed +10 type of food
also frozen food
and add grlic and some other vitamin from bight well but still nothing

The trouble with mainly white clownfish is that it is difficult to see if they have Brooklynella or not. Can you try a formalin dip? 150 ppm of formalin in tank water with good aeration for 45 minutes. If that provides some relief, then we can work on a long term solution. Formalin dips are stressful, so please understand that really Sick fish may not survive, but that just means they would soon die anyway. The dose for pure formalin is 0.6 milliliters per gallon of water in the bucket.

when i first got them i did do
should i do it again it might help ? and for all fish or only one? also the water should i remove it all and add new or use same water is ok?

The very best way to do this is to give all the fish a formalin dip, and then move them to a new tank (monitoring/dealing with ammonia of course!). I do understand that isn't always practical. In that case, the next best thing to try is a formalin dip and back into the existing tank, just to see if you can buy them some time.

i did already today a freshwater dip for it for 10m

You should limit freshwater dips to 5 minutes.
That fish is really sick, there likely isn’t anything that can be done for it, but fingers crossed!

I'm not sure where you can get formalin. I get mine from an aquaculture company. You need formalin with low methanol and no other additives. Something like this here:

i have it already and i dip my fish today
but i mean can i use it in my QT tank as will not only a dip ?

Dosing formalin in a tank as a static bath can be done, but it is only effective against a few protozoans. The typical dose for a fish only system with good aeration is 25 ppm.

You need to know the exact water volume. Then, it is gallons times 25 divided by 266 to get milliliters of formalin. I would dose that daily for three days and then do a partial water change. However, as I said, this really isn’t a primary treatment.

Sorry to hear this I've had my clownfish for about a week and he hasn't ate spirulina mysis or pellets at all from what I can tell. I had added tigger pods and he picks on these throughout the day , hoping it's enough until I find something he likes. Best of luck w your fish !
