My clown fish will never eat frozen food when i have everything in feed mode.

The second the pumps kick on and the mtsis or whatever get lifted off the sand bed and fly around the tank, they eat like beasts.

Is this common? Should i only use feed mode for dry foods?

The inverts in my tank will eat whatever whenever, its like they smell it before it hits the water.

Some fish won't move from their spot, so if the food is far from them, they won't swim to it, they will wait for the current to bring the food over.

My clowns and yellow watchman are like that, they will watch the food at the other end of the tank but they won't leave their spot to get get it.
