so... live blackworms or live white worms definately recommended - white worms are cheaper but I did black worms
In addition I was also giving my clowns fish eggs, spirulina mysis, PE mysis, and PE calanus 2x daily with occasional LRS Reef Frenzy, .. more
My clowns were laying eggs that hatched every 10-14 days, and I gave them to a friend... who is trying to give them pellets and they've stopped breeding!!! Laying eggs takes energy, so they need food... hoping my clowns go back to normal for him because they are too young to have problems (should go 20+ years once they start)

hard for me to find those black and white live worms do you think blood worms are okay? We have that from our nearest store

try them! I find once they started breeding in a spot, they wouldn't go far from that spot for food, so I would turn off flow for a little bit so more food could drop directly onto them... though fish eggs they'd venture further - we joked it was like watching a live version of Pac Man
