Clownfish FRY help

Hi I'm 90% sure my clownfish are going to start laying eggs and instead of laying them where I wanted them to they decided to host with my overflow and was wondering if that will suck up the fry because I would like to see the fry grow and their patterns. And from what I understand I feed them rotifers that are filled with phyto. (sorry for this posts craziness my mind is going 1000 MPH) Thank you
